At Adaptly, we’re working to change the way brands increase engagement on social networks by helping them harness the unique value of each social network. We offer an end-to-end platform to support agencies and brands in acquiring, activating and analyzing their social audiences. Founded in 2010 by Nikhil Sethi and Garrett Ullom, Adaptly was incubated through Dreamlt Ventures and is now based in New York City.
The Management Team
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Nikhil co-founded Adaptly together with his business partner, Garrett Ullom, in 2010. The pair first met each other as undergraduate students at Northwestern University where they developed the initial idea and business plan for the company. Nikhil has been a true leader and visionary for Adaptly. In addition to managing the overall business, he is always striving to take Adaptly to the next level by seeking out new business opportunities, implementing strategies for revenue growth, and helping the company expand its global reach. Not new to the startup life, Nikhil had previously co-founded Blurtt, a service that allows people to make, upload, and send real postcards to friends around the world.
Nikhil graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Originally from the Bay Area, Nikhil tries to return home to visit his family as much as possible. He currently resides in Manhattan, New York.

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Garrett co-founded Adaptly in 2010 with his business partner, Nikhil Sethi. The pair met at Northwestern University as undergraduate students, where Garrett was studying Computer Science. At the young age of 21, Garrett made the brave decision to drop out of school and embark on a life-changing journey of bringing the Adaptly vision to life. Garrett is currently the CTO and is responsible for all of the technology and innovation within the company. He manages a team of industry-leading web developers to ensure that Adaptly is always ahead of the performance curve. Garrett is the behind-the-scene genius whose strong work ethic and ongoing passion has been essential to Adaptly's success.
Garrett is originally from Key West, Florida and enjoys spending the little free time he has with friends, bowling with his family and playing chess in different parks around NYC. He currently resides in Manhattan, New York.

Chief Financial Officer
Matt is the Chief Financial Officer of Adaptly, where he leads the finance and human resources teams. Matt has nearly 15 years of experience in financial operations in the technology sector. Prior to joining Adaptly, Matt worked for Google, most recently as Vice President of Finance for Invite Media (acquired by Google in June 2010). Prior to Google, Matt held senior financial positions at IAC, Ask Jeeves (acquired by IAC), and Interactive Search Holdings (acquired by Ask Jeeves).
Matt graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Corporate Communications. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.

Global VP, Head of Sales
Paul Turner joined Adaptly in October 2011 as Global VP, Head of Sales with the mission to expand the company to the EMEA market areas. In his new role, Paul is focused on creating an infrastructure for international growth and establishing a pipeline for revenue streams by implementing strategies to share Adaptly's unparalleled offerings to brands internationally. He brings several years of online advertising expertise and experience to his position. Prior to Adaptly, Paul served as Senior Consultant at CACI, Client Strategy and Business Development at Right Media, and most recently Head of EMEA at Invite Media, which was acquired by Google in June 2010. He possesses the skill, knowledge, and determination to successfully expand Adaptly to the global marketplace.
Paul graduated from University of Leeds with a degree in Management and Business Studies. He is currently based in London, UK where he lives with his wife and twins.

JOANNA SAMMARTINO BAILEY
Global VP, Head of Client Services
Joanna Sammartino Bailey joined Adaptly in September 2012 as Global VP, Head of Client Services. Joanna is responsible for building relationships with Adaptly clients across offices, expanding and growing the business while ensuring continued best in class offerings for clients with a focus on brand strategy, innovation and strategic partnerships. Prior to Adaptly, Joanna was EVP, Managing Director at Moxie Interactive (Publicis). She oversaw development of the NYC office securing and expanding relationships with a client base including Nestle, Verizon and Puma. Joanna also spent 9 years at WPP agencies, notably as SVP, Managing Partner for Beyond Interactive where she led the agency's key account, GlaxoSmithKline, increasing billings by 500+% in 3 years, securing their AOR relationship. During her tenure she also oversaw LVMH, P&G, M&M Mars, Hasbro, Eli Lilly and Bayer. A coveted "40 Under 40" AdAge nominee, Joanna also has won a variety of Clio and CASIE Awards.
Joanna has a BA from Emory University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. She serves an advisor to pur-lisse and has consulted with several startups including Babble (now owned by Disney). She currently resides in Manhattan, NY.
VP of Product
Huanlei Ni joined Adaptly in June 2012 as the VP of Product where he is responsible for leveraging the marketing, data and technical expertise of the Adaptly team to help deliver an industry-leading social media offering for agencies and brand marketers. Huanlei brings with him several years of experience developing and managing quantitative products in the financial services and online media industries. Most recently, he was Director of Product Management at Yodle, where he was responsible for the continued development of Yodle's suite of online marketing products for local businesses. Prior to his time at Yodle, Huanlei was an Associate in the Equity Quantitative Analytics group at Lehman Brothers.
Huanlei graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, parents and also coaching basketball at APEX, a non-profit organization that empowers underserved youth, particularly Asian American students in New York City. He currently resides in Manhattan, NY.

VP of Engineering
Sean joined Adaptly as the fourth employee in January 2011. He is the VP of Engineering where he oversees software development. Sean has been instrumental in building the core logic that Adaptly runs on today. He believes good software is achieved through long hours, hackfests, keeping things simple, and being pragmatic. Sean has built an engineering culture that allows Adaptly to bring ideas to reality and where anything is possible. Prior to Adaptly, he was a web developer at Thrillist.
Sean attended UC Davis and majored in Computer Science and Computer Engineering. When he isn't at the office, he enjoys playing guitar, skiing and beating Garrett at chess. Originally from Fishers Island, Sean currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.

VP of Sales
AJ joined the Adaptly family in July 2011 as the VP of Sales. He has nearly a decade of experience in performance media and technical sales and business development. Prior to Adaptly, AJ was a vital part in the acquisition of five other notable companies including Avenue A (now Razorfish), Atlas DMT, Right Media, Tumri, and Invite Media. He is well versed in all of the technical aspects of online advertising and has the ability to win over any audience with his charm and intelligence.
AJ graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Lindsey, and their newborn daughter Grace. He currently resides with his family in Manhattan, New York.

VP of Sales, West & Latin America
Tony Siconolfi joined Adaptly in December of 2012 as VP of Sales where he is responsible for growing out the West Coast sales organization. He brings with him almost 10 years of sales experience in the digital space, running national sales organizations for both large digital media publishers as well as smaller newly funded startups. Mostly recently, Tony led a large sales organization at Yahoo and Yahoo's Genome division, concentrating on the revenue growth on the West Coast. Tony joined Yahoo as part of the acquisition of 5to1, where he was the SVP of Sales and Co-Founder. Prior to heading up the 5to1 launch and sales efforts, Tony was a very early employee at MySpace and was one of the first in the sales organization of one of hottest properties in the internet's history.
Tony graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in both Corporate Finance and Real Estate Investment. He spends most of his time hanging out and traveling with his family. He currently resides in Whittier, California with his wife and two children.
VP of Operations
Dan Levin joined Adaptly in October 2011 with nearly a decade of experience in management and operations. Dan holds the position of VP of Operations at Adaptly where he is primarily responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the business are running efficiently as well as delivering the highest quality services to our clients. Prior to Adaptly Dan was co-founder and CEO of multiple startups including social commerce platform Passionfly, and entertainment company Phame entertainment. Dan has worked with brands such as Comcast, Clear Channel, Citgo, and celebrities including John Legend, Ben Folds, The Roots among many others.
Dan graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. During his time away from work, Dan enjoys reading, playing guitar, climbing mountains and drinking IPAs. He currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
